This book about promoting Peace. It's about a young boy named Steven who grows up to be a Chef, a professor and a hero. The protagonist in this short story is about China as it is only a matter of time before they try to purchase our "intellectual property". It's only a matter of time when we consolidate all our online, virtual books and with privatization of the public domain of this intellectual property then there is a risk of a foreign sovereignty to possibly own our original, copyright material. Just step back and think about it. The Library of Congress is placing all their material online. What if Congress privatized the process through an Act of Congress. A leading internet search network has a worldwide project to scan and place all paperbooks online. What if there are many companies created to hold this data and with the backdrop of making money... wouldn't these same companies buy other companies and therefore one company could possibly monopolize. Wouldn't this one company hold great power and therefore countries try to purchase this "for profit" company? And by virtue of owning all of this information create an Ebook Apocalypse.This short story narrates one way how a superpower attempts to own and control the U.S. intellectual property and how they can try to achieve their goal.....and whether they are successful in doing so?
